Bread Machine White Bread

A hearty, white bread.

This is a super easy, very tasty loaf of bread.  By weighing all ingredients it simplifies the process.  Its so much easier and faster than measuring ingredients.  Plus its much more accurate, giving you consistent results.  The best part is... the bread machine does all the work.

270 grams water
30 grams brown sugar (any sugar you have will do)
12 grams sea salt
450 grams bread flour
8 grams Active Dry Yeast Amazon link
10 grams Dried Malt Extract Amazon link
5 grams white vinegar (optional)

1. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order recommended by your machine’s manufacturer.  My machine recommends in the order shown. Using a scale is easy. Set the bread machine pan on the scale, press the Tare button to zero the weight. Add the first ingredient to the weight specified. Press the Tare button to zero the scale. Then weigh out the second ingredient and continue this until all ingredients are added.
2. Select white bread cycle, loaf size (I use 2 lbs.) and how dark you want it then start machine.

Servings: 12
Yield: 1 Loaf
Degree of Difficulty: Very easy.
This is very easy because all ingredients are weighed on a scale.  Quick and simple. This is the scale I use from Amazon: Escali Primo Multifunctional Food Scale
